A non-slip yoga mat with position lines and exercise guide, perfect for doing yoga, pilates, gymnastics, etc. in total comfort and safety. The position lines printed on the mat are our own design and have been laser printed. These lines serve as a guide for the body postures, helping you to place your hands and feet correctly and to keep the body in the correct position. This original ergonomic mat includes a strap with a removable carry handle so it can conveniently be taken anywhere. It has been manufactured using a high quality material which absorbs perspiration and is completely non-slip to provide maximum hold. It therefore enables you to adopt and practise all types of postures and exercises safely, without any danger of slipping. Thanks to its approx. thickness of 5mm, it is very comfortable and also suitable for other sports disciplines. In addition, it is lightweight , flexible and can be rolled up, making it easier to transport and store.
