You can request a cancellation from your My Orders page shortly after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — please use our returns process instead.

Our products are fulfilled from European warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. Don't worry — each parcel will be on its way!
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also view your order status at any time from your My Orders page.
Tracking events typically appear within 48–72 hours after dispatch. Occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather or carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 working days, please contact us.
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Please contact our support team with your order reference to arrange a return.
Once your return is approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. All products come with a 2-year warranty in line with EU consumer law.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For items that are faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.
