This jaw exerciser is very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions included. Before using it for the first time, place it in boiling water for 20 seconds, let it cool and hold between the teeth to mould the product to your bite. Once placed in the appropriate position, make continuous chewing movements. After each use, the device should be thoroughly washed and dried.

It can be used and carried easily anywhere. Recommended for use for a few minutes per day, gradually increasing the use time without ever using for longer than 10 minutes a day. If used daily, the results tend to be visible after approx. 30-60 days.
